Oliver's Camp is a sober and comfortable tented camp reminiscent of the safari camps of yesteryear. It is located in the remote south-eastern parts of the Tarangire National Park, close to the game-rich Silale Swamps. In April and May, at the end of the annual rains, the landscape is lush and dotted with wild flowers. From August to October, herds of antelope and zebra cross the Tarangire. At this time, the park has the highest concentration of mammals in the country. The camp has ten en-suite tents overlooking a floodplain and decorated in earthy tones to reflect the landscape. Beds are single or king-size. The bathrooms have flushing toilets and indoor and outdoor showers. The private veranda is the perfect place to sit with a cool drink and enjoy the peace and serenity of the African bush. The Oliver's team has been working together for years, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
